LKEY Reseller Policy

1. License Resale:

No reseller is allowed to resell the same license to multiple customers. If we receive a report and proof of such activity, the reseller's account will be suspended immediately without any refund.

2. Initial Deposit & Store Credit

Any initial deposit, which we count as store credit and the minimum boundary for entry, is refundable only with a valid reason.

3. Cracked Software

We strongly discourage our resellers from carrying or selling cracked products.

4. Refund Policy

Digital licenses sold are non-refundable. Any activation issues will be resolved by our technical support team. Refunds will only be offered for reasonable issues for the following products:

• Internet Download Manager
• AdGuard
• Aomei Products

5. Zoom, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Emsisoft Business & Enterprise Pricing

For pricing related to Zoom, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and Emsisoft Business & Enterprise packages, please contact your account manager as these prices vary based on customer and package details.

6. Physical Products

For orders involving physical products, please contact your account manager before placing any order.

7. Price Changes

All price changes are automated on our platform based on your reseller tier. Please ensure that BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) is used as the currency.

8. Region Restrictions

Some of our products are country or region-locked. Ensure you check product availability before listing them for sale.

9. Bundling Opportunities

We offer bundling opportunities with ISPs or other service providers. If you have any leads or opportunities for bundling, please reach out to your account manager.

10. Maintain Market Standard Pricing

Please maintain market-standard rates for public listings. Do not undercut standard pricing for personal gain or reviews, as this not only disrupts the market but also affects your revenue and business growth.

11. Confidential Pricing

Do not disclose your reseller price. Our reseller pricing is confidential and should not be shared with end-users or third parties under any circumstances.

Standard Reseller Rules

• Resellers must maintain an active account and regularly update their product listings.
• Misrepresentation of product information is strictly prohibited.
• Resellers are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
• All transactions should be carried out professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Any disputes should be reported to LKEY's support team for prompt resolution.
• Before making any large stocking purchase, please check with your account manager to verify if there is any validity or activation period associated with that product.

All software copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights are fully owned and protected by their respective manufacturers and licensors. Resellers do not hold ownership over any of these copyrights, trademarks, or logos. The role of resellers is strictly limited to the sale and distribution of the licensed products in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by the respective manufacturers.

LKEY is a brand of Bluedot Technology Ltd. (BTL), which serves as the authorized distributor / reseller / partner for the associated software products. By extension, resellers operate as sales branches of BTL or LKEY, facilitating the distribution of these products while adhering to the guidelines and policies established by both BTL and the software manufacturers.

Any misuse, unauthorized reproduction, or misrepresentation of the products, their copyrights, or trademarks is a violation of the agreement and will be subject to penalties, including termination of reseller status and potential legal action. Resellers are encouraged to maintain ethical standards and fully respect all intellectual property rights of the manufacturers.
