Effective for all purchases made via “LKEY”, a brand of Bluedot Technology Ltd.
1. Activation Timeline
- All software purchased from LKEY must be activated within 1 month of the date of purchase.
- If activation is required at a later date, customers must inform the LKEY support team in advance.
2. Late Activation Requests
- Users desiring to activate software more than 1 month post-purchase must notify LKEY promptly to make suitable arrangements.
- Approval for late activation is subject to LKEY’s discretion and may require additional verification.
3. License Misuse and Policy Violations
- Any software license found to be in violation of the usage policy—such as use on unauthorized multiple devices or sharing a license with others—is not eligible for a refund or reactivation.
- Licenses suspected of misuse will be excluded from all after-sales policies, including refund and reissuance.
4. Subscription Start Date and Refunds
- All subscriptions commence immediately on the day of purchase.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable regardless of usage status; non-use or delayed use does not qualify for any reimbursement or time extension.
5. Fraud Prevention and Account Suspension
- Software or subscriptions linked to fraudulent email addresses, IP addresses, or phone numbers may be suspended without prior notice.
- LKEY reserves the right to monitor and act against suspicious activity as deemed necessary.
6. Activation Issue Resolution
- For any issues related to activation, users are expected to contact the LKEY support team and fully cooperate by:
- Allowing remote desktop access if required.
- Sharing activation logs and other diagnostic information as requested.
7. Digital License Irrevocability
- Once a digital license has been shared with a customer, it is considered non-returnable and unsaleable by LKEY.
- No returns or “take-backs” are possible for digital licenses delivered to customers.
8. License Replacement and Discretion
- Replacement or issuance of a new license may only be offered if permitted by both the software distributor and the vendor.
- The decision to provide a new license is determined by LKEY in conjunction with its distributor and vendor. This process is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of all parties involved.
9. Stacking License Policy
- Stacking licenses (applying multiple licenses to one product to extend features or time) is supported for some vendors only.
- Before attempting to stack licenses, users must contact LKEY support to confirm if stacking is permissible for their specific product.
- Stacking attempted without pre-approval may result in failed activation, loss of support, or violation of policy.
10. Reselling Policy
- LKEY does not endorse reselling of software without acquiring official reseller status from LKEY.
- Any customer wishing to resell LKEY products must apply and be approved as an authorized reseller before any such activity.
- Unauthorized reselling is a violation of this policy and may result in license suspension and termination of support.
