1. General Refund Terms
- No refund is available on digital products and subscriptions.
- No refund will be processed for any item that has been in the customer's possession for more than 24 hours after delivery.
2. Requests Eligible for Refund Consideration
We may consider a refund request in any of the following cases:
- The item you received is corrupted.
- The item you received cannot be used.
- The item you received does not match the product description.
- The items you receive contain keyloggers.
- Activation does not work for a valid reason.

4. Non-Liability for Software Fit
- If any software does not fulfill your needs, please contact the software vendor. LKEY is not liable for the service or suitability of any software developed by another party.
5. Refund Processing
- Any refund will be made within 7 business days of approval from LKEY.
- The payment will be refunded, but bank processing time is not our concern.
